Project Management
These services are available to provide controls to the developer, client, main contractor or sub-contractor so that matters upon which the construction progress relies are addressed early on.
Incoming documentation is methodically controlled and distributed for reviews and actions, and outgoing documentation including project-specific in-house generated documentation is directed to each concerned party. Quality Assurance procedures developed by our trained and certified quality assurance manager have been developed within the company to ensure that tracking of documentation is simple and retrieval of archived data is similarly so.
THe Consultants immerse themselves in the activities and aims of their engager to produce the essential construction documents namely programmes, risk assessment, and outline and detailed method statements, and provide further assistance including developing logistical plans, devising strategies of work, and reviewing temporary support schemes.
To ease the pressures and demands that management can impose, we have performed roles to liase with Network Rail, Transport For London, Metropolitan Police Highways Division, various Councils' departments including Planning and Building Control and Highways, and numerous organisations and agents engaged by such corporate companies and bodies.
