THe Consultants provide services under the appointment of proposers of works or adjoining owners in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. With full awareness that the proposer of the works normally wishes to conclude these affairs in the shortest possible time, we purposefully prioritise our requests and responses so that the exchanges of information and procedures are exercised with speed yet without compromising due diligence.
Our experiences have involved appointments by one owner and by more than one owner, on pan-handled or land-locked sites, and in multi-storey properties and multiple owner-occupied properties entailing scopes of our service ranging from straightforward to complicated and contentious nonetheless with resolution.
